about me
Hi! I'm Karen
Bloom maker, joy spreader and professional smiler...that's me!
In 2009, I walked away from corporate America to follow my heart into flowers and I never looked back. I enrolled in design school and signed a lease on my first studio a month later. Some call me crazy, some call me brave. I think it's a pretty even split between the two.
Since then, my team and I have had the honor of designing over 1,000 weddings and events. We're proud to be the game day designer for our own Carolina Panthers. And if that's not enough, I also teach floral design classes both in person and online to hundreds of students!
When I'm not behind my design table (or my laptop!) you can find me having a dance party in my living room to Jimmy Buffett with my husband, George, and our two little girls, Giles and Mills. And probably planning our next Disney trip!

Argentina, New Zealand (lived there for a year!) Australia and Fiji to name a few! But Hilton Head Island, South Carolina is my happy place.

Anything Lilly Pulitzer, sparkling water and dark chocolate everything!

Crafting with my little girls and having dance parties to Jimmy Buffett in our living room.

A medium rare filet with anything that has the word "risotto" in the description. Oh and an extra dirty vodka martini with Kettle One! Blue cheese stuffed olives, please!

Humans
This crew. My husband, George and our daughters, Giles and Mills. Our house is full of laughter and ridiculousness!

The moment when I hand my bride her bouquet and she is momentarily speechless when she realizes all of her wedding dreams are coming true!
